Indian Banking System is about to open up in a big way very soon. However, large scale retirements have resulted in depleting the strength of people trained in credit related areas in a scientific manner. New pressures brought by diversion of manpower towards emerging business areas like retail loans and other technology-based products and cross-selling requirements have added to the shortage of trained manpower in hard core credit areas. It is our belief that it is time to revisit the foundations of credit dispensation. Trinity’s programmes are intensive, highly focused and offered with heavy practical inputs. |
| |
| |
Beginning with a handful of programmes in the first few months, the canvas will be widened to cover every aspect of lending. |

The banking system is getting increasingly globalised bringing forex operations at centre stage. The liberalization and continuous simplification of procedure announced by regulatory authorities have given greater freedom and authority to Authorized Dealers with an equal degree of responsibility which makes it important to have a thorough knowledge of various regulatory provisions and procedures. Various programmes offered by Trinity in Forex seek to fill the gap that exists in this area even while it updates the existing knowledge base. The offerings include the relatively simpler UCP 600 to Forex Derivatives to Bourse Programmes with games. |

General Banking/Operations/ Soft Skills |
| |
| |
This is one of the widest areas and requires the personnel to have knowledge in diverse fields besides being attitudinally correct as they relate mostly to front office banking and impacts the customer relationship directly. Much of current working is process driven and taken for granted. However, the basis for much of the work is still less understood than what is required. Trinity’s range of programmes in this area would cover every aspect of operations besides a host of soft skills related ones to enhance productivity and effectiveness. |
